During your session, we take time to understand your history, goals, and daily demands through a detailed conversation. We then perform a movement-based physical exam that may include mobility testing, strength assessment, functional movement analysis, posture evaluation, and sport- or activity-specific screens.
Unlike traditional clinic visits, this assessment is fully tailored, unhurried, and free from insurance-driven limitations. You receive immediate feedback, hands-on care when appropriate, and targeted exercises to start improving right away.
